After finishing formal education and gaining a BEC General Diploma in Business Studies, Martin secured employment in a private and voluntary home for people with profound learning difficulties. Having obtained two years experience, Martin moved to St Francis Hospital, Haywards Heath, training as a Registered Mental Nurse, qualifying in 1987.
Martin then worked in secure accommodation, gaining experience before joining Boulevard Care in the autumn of 1988. Since working within Boulevard Care, Martin has undertaken further training and in 1996 obtained his Masters Degree in Business administration.

Amanda Ellis - Office Support Manager
The Office Support Manager works with all staff, clients and outside agencies, particularly concerning financial matters. These include clients’ fees and benefits, employment issues and payroll, and budgeting within the different Boulevard Care locations.
Amanda joined the Head Office in 2008, bringing with her a variety of accounting, payroll and administration skills having worked in several different business environments.
