Caring for people with learning difficulties
The Rowans was acquired in July 2013, and after extensive refurbishments we are delighted to announce the opening of our latest development.
The Rowans is a spacious and contemporary nine-bedroom bungalow, with an adjacent three-roomed Lodge building. It is situated just 400 metres from the centre of the market town of Louth.
Louth is a thriving market town situated within the Wolds of Lincolnshire. It is an interesting place to visit, with a busy and cosmopolitan weekly market.
There is great history in the area with the Church of St. James boasting the tallest spire in England. Experiencing the Wolds first-hand is also extremely accessible, with public parks such as Hubbards Hills within a close proximity to the site.
There is a garden and barbeque area available for the residents situated at the rear of the Rowans, alongside an allotment in the public gardens suitable for vegetable and plant growing.
The Rowans is staffed 24 hours per day, and a Senior member of staff will sleep on the premises every night. A room is available for staff to operate from, to assist the security and development of each individual.
We will look to develop Information Technology skills in 3 key areas, including: internet banking, shopping and social networking.
